Good morning, everyone. Thank you for being here with us today to discuss our fourth quarter results. My name is Carolina Velásquez. I am Cementos Argos’ Investor Relations Officer, and I will be hosting today’s call. On the call today are Juan Esteban Calle, our CEO; Felipe Aristizabal, our CFO; María Isabel Echeverri, VP of Legal Affairs; Carlos Yusty, VP of the Colombia Division; Gustavo Uribe, the Leader of Central America; and Jason Teter, the newly appointed CEO of Argos Materials.
